A part of the Habib Education Trust, Habib School has been a full day school from its start, emphasizing on whole-child development and not only classroom learning. The school also provided fee concessions, stationery and uniforms to the needy students so that it should not become a school for the rich only. The Cambridge system of education was also introduced in 1980.

Husaini is a non profit organization and Pakistan's largest blood bank. Blood transfusion services are one of the most essential services required throughout the world. Preventive diseases like Hepatitis B, Hepatitis C and HIV can be transmitted though unsafe blood. Hence for the last 35 Years, Husaini had focused on providing safe blood.
